Summary-Book review

OLIVER TWIST
In Oliver's birth, which was helped by Old Sally, his mother died. He went to an orphanat where Mrs Mann treated the children very badly. She spoke with Mr Bumble, who took Oliver with him in order to educate him. He was sent to an undertaker beacuse of his bad behaviour, where he had to run away as he fight with a boy in the shop he used to work in for Mr and Mrs Sowerberry. He went to London, where he met Fagin, Charley Bates and Artful Dodgen. He realised they were thieves and police caught Oliver although he hadn't done anything. He explained it to the police and Mr Brownlow accepted to kept Oliver in his house with Mrs Bedwin. Oliver took some books from Mr Brownlow who knew he wasn't a thief, but in the way he was caught by Sikes and Nancy, who worked for Fagin. They persuade Oliver to robb a house, but he was shot in the arm and left there. He looked for help in the same house where he was really well treated by Mrs Maylie and Mrs Rose when Old Sally, the only one who knew about Oliver's real identity, died. Monks, the rich boy who Fagin worked for asked to the girl who was at Old Sally's death, asking her about Oliver, so he actually knew the truth. But Nancy, who loved Oliver listened to Monks so she tried to alert Mr Brownlow and Rose. As she alerted them, Sikes kill her. Finally, Mr Brownlow and Rose showed people Oliver's real idetnity: he was Monks' brother and he was given his father's inheritance at the expense of Monks.
